NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Sealed proposals for the 125 S. Main Street Rehabilitation project will be received by the Champaign County Commissioners at their office located at 1512 S. US Highway 68, Suite A100, Urbana, Ohio 43078 until 10:30 a.m.,
Tuesday, August 18, 2026 , and then at 10:30 a.m. at said office opened and read aloud. Plans, Specifications, and bid forms will be available via dropbox by contacting the Champaign County Commissioners at
amillice@co.champaign.oh.us .
Please note bidders must also submit the schedule of values on which the unit price bid is based. Each bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in an amount of 100% of the bid amount with a surety satisfactory to the aforesaid Champaign County Commissioners or by certified check, bid bond, cashiers check, or letter of credit upon a solvent bank in the amount of not less than 10% of the bid amount in favor of the aforesaid Champaign County Commissioners. Bid Bonds shall be accompanied by Proof of Authority of the official or agent signing the bond. Bids shall be sealed and marked as Bid for: 125 S.
