The Plaintiff in the action is Mary Emily Grossman, Executor of the Estate of Katherine Ann Houte of 852 Hearthstone Drive, Stone Mountain, GA 30083, and the named Defendants in the action are David Vanderbilt Badderman AND Unknown Spouse of David Vanderbilt Badderman AND Unknown Heirs of David Vanderbilt Badderman, whose present addresses are unknown and cannot, with reasonable diligence be ascertained.
