NOTICE BY PUBLICATION Tax Foreclosure TO: J uliann Dohse 6367 West State Route 245 West Liberty, Ohio 43357 You are hereby notified that you have been named a Defendant in an action now pending in the Court of Common Pleas of Champaign County, Ohio: Robin Edwards, Champaign County Treasurer v.Juliann Dohse, Case Number 2024 CV 00161 . The object of the Complaint, is to determine your interest in, foreclose a tax lien upon, and possible sale by the Sheriff of Champaign County, Ohio, or forfeiture allowed by law, of certain real property bearing Permanent Parcel Numbers D08-04-13-2702-110-00 and D08-04-13-27-02-109-00, also known as 6367 West State Route 245, West Liberty, Ohio 43357, the legal description for which may be found in Plaintiff's Complaint, a copy of which is available from the office of the Champaign County Clerk of Courts, 200 North Main Street, Urbana, OH 43078. The Complaint further seeks to recover the costs of this action, and to extinguish all rights of dower in the said real property of any non-party spouse of the property owner of record, if any. This notice will be published once per week for three consecutive weeks. Pursuant to RC 5721.18(A) and local rule, service will be deemed complete 3 weeks after the first date of publication shown at the end of this notice, and you are required to file your Answer or other responsive pleading setting forth the nature and amount of your interest in the property. and any defense or objection to the foreclosure, no later than 28 days after such service is complete.
