LEGAL NOTICE Bids will be received by the Champaign County Commissioners via Bid Express (bidexpress.com) until April 24th, 2025 at 9:00am for the furnishing and delivery of reinforced concrete box beams and related materials on Willowdale Road over Storms Creek in Mad River Township, Champaign County, Ohio. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty bond in the amount of 100% of the bid or a certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit in the amount of 10% of the bid in accordance with ORC 153.54. Bids shall be submitted through Bid Express for the solicitation titled, "Willowdale Road 84-0162 Bridge Beams". Specifications are on file on the engineer's website at http://engineer.co.champaign.oh.us/ The Champaign County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids.
