Daniel Ashcraft, 1133 Michigan St., Bellefontaine is requesting a variance to modify the 25’ side yard setback to a 6’ side yard setback from the south property line along Morris Drive. Upon approval he will construct a 24’ x 30’ detached garage. This property is zoned R-1 One-Family Residence District.
