Champaign County Auditor Manufactured Homes Delinquent Taxpayer NOTICE Notice is hereby given as required by 4503.06(H)(2) of the Ohio Revised Code; that a list containing the names of owners of all manufactured homes upon which the manufactured home taxes, penalties and interest remained unpaid at the second half tax settlement and remain unpaid will be published on an insert in the Urbana Daily Citizen on October 24th and October 31st, 2025. An interest charge will accrue on accounts remaining unpaid after the last day of November 2025 unless the taxpayer enters into a written agreement to pay such taxes in installments with the Champaign County Treasurer. Payment in full of taxes, penalties and interest by October 21st, 2025 may eliminate those manufactured home owners from publication.
