Main Street, Urbana, OH 43078 Ordinance 4429-25 : A resolution adopting the tax budget of the City of Urbana, Ohio, for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2026; submitting the same to the County Auditor. Passed 6/3/2025, 7-0. Resolution 2714-25 : A resolution to authorize the Director of Administration to execute an economic development transfer form (TREX) from the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Liquor Control on behalf of Urbana Food & Gas, Inc. for their new convenience store/gas station at 1325 North Main Street, and declaring an emergency. Passed 6/3/2025, 7-0. Resolution 2715-25 : A resolution to authorize the Director of Administration of the City of Urbana to prepare and submit an application for the Phase 3 Water Replacement Project in the Grimes Neighborhood (Subdivision Area) and to participate in the Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC) State Capital Improvement Grant and Loan Programs; to authorize the Mayor to execute contracts as required; to authorize the Director of Finance to commit and appropriate local match funding for this project; and to further authorize the Director of Finance to make the necessary assurances for this loan as required.
