Notice of Public Meeting Urbana Township Trustees To whom it my concern, the Urbana TWP Zoning Commission, Champaign County, OH, will be having a public meeting to discuss making changes to our Zoning Resolution. The meeting will be held at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, 7-29-26 at the township house located at 2564 St. Rt. 54. The proposed amendments, initiated by Resolution of the Township Trustees, will add definitions for Data Centers and Energy Storage Systems. In addition, several definitions will be modified, to include Dwellings, Mobile Home Parks, Solar Energy and others. Finally, it will add additional notification methods to announce public meetings. It will also eliminate new Mobile Home Parks, Nursing Homes, Data Centers and Energy Storage Systems as conditional or permitted uses in Urbana Township. The text of the proposed amendment will be available for examination at the Champaign County Library, 1060 Scioto Street, Urbana, OH 43078 or on the Urbana TWP website. The library is open Monday thru Thursday 9:00 am to 8:00 pm and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Friday and Saturday.
