PUBLIC NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR LETTERS OF INTEREST The City of Urbana, Ohio is soliciting a Request for Letters of Interest from qualified firms for the Urbana Traffic Signal Improvements, Phase 1 (Design), PID #122411 (CHP-US 36 Signals). The City of Urbana intends to select one (1) qualified consultant to perform right of way plan development, preliminary engineering, and detailed design for this project. Submission Deadline : Qualified consultants are invited to submit a response to this Request for Letters of Interest to the City of Urbana on or before 4:00 p.m. local time, on Friday, September 5, 2025. Responses received after the due date/time shall not be considered.
