Main Street, Urbana, OH 43078 Ordinance 4628-25: An ordinance to establish the “City of Urbana Opioid Settlement Relief Grant Program”, and declaring an emergency. Passed 10/7/2025, 7-0. Resolution 2720-25: A resolution to authorize the Director of Administration to enter into a master services agreement with Butler, Fairman and Seufert, Inc., to provide engineering consulting services pursuant to Federal Aviation Administration Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E “Architectural, Engineering, and Planning Consultant Services for Airport Grant Projects” from November 2025 to November 2030, and declaring an emergency.
