LEGAL NOTICE The following legislation was recently passed by the Urbana City Council. Copies and complete text are available at the Clerk of Council Office, 205 S. Main Street, Urbana, OH 43078 Resolution 2730-26 : A resolution authorizing the Director of Administration to enter into a full-service street lighting agreement with Miami Valley Lighting, LLC. Passed 4/21/2026, 7-0. The Urbana City Council Data Center Moratorium committee will meet Tuesday, May 12th, 2026 at 6:00 pm in the Training Room on the 3rd Floor of the Municipal Building, corner of S.
