LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in compliance with section 5715.17 of the Ohio Revised Code, that the real estate valuations of Champaign County, Ohio for the tax year 2026 have been completed and are open for public inspection at the office of the Champaign County Auditor, Urbana, Ohio. Complaints against any valuation or assessments, except the valuations fixed and assessments made by the Ohio Department of Taxation, will be heard by the County Board of Revision. Complaints must be in writing, on forms furnished by the Champaign County Auditor, and filed in her office on or before March 31, 2027. Karen T.
