LEGAL NOTICE The Area Agency on Aging, PSA 2 seeks proposals from service providers who are interested in receiving a contract for funding years January 1, 2027 – December 31, 2030 through a competitive Request For Proposa l process for provision of specified services for older adults age 60 and older, residing in Champaign, Clark, Darke, Greene, Logan, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, and Shelby Counties under the following programs: • Older Americans Act Title III Community Based Services • Older Americans Act Title III Evidence-Based Services • Older Americans Act Title III Nutrition Program • Care Coordination *Senior Community Services • Caregiver Support *Title III-E National Family Caregiver Support Program • Home Repair Services • Legal Assistance Services Letters of Intent are due on or before May 22, 2026.
