LEGAL NOTICE IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS, CHAMPAIGN COUNTY, OHIO DOMESTIC RELATIONS-JUVENILE-PROBATE DIVISION IN THE MATTER OF: EDWARD EVANS CASE NO.. 2026 JC 16 EVERETT EVANS CASE NO.: 2026 JC 17 ALLEGED DEPENDENT CHILDREN TO: Joshua Jones, alleged biological father of Edward and Everett Evans, current address unknown The Champaign County Department of Job and Family Services (CCDJFS) has filed an Dependency Complaint for temporary custody of Edward and Everett Evans, or in the alternative temporary custody to a relative with protective supervision to CCDJFS in the above-named case. CCDJFS states that you and your whereabouts are unknown. You are being made a party to this matter. Edward Evans was born on January 28, 2016. The child's biological mother is Sara Jones. Everett Evans was born on January 28, 2016. The child's biological mother is Sara Jones. The purpose of the Complaint is to adjudicate the children to be dependent children and grant temporary custody to a relative or CCDJFS. If the relative or CCDJFS is granted temporary custody, they will have legal custody of the children subject, however, to it being terminated at any time at the discretion of the Court. If you want an attorney but are unable to pay for one, the Court may find you indigent and then appoint an attorney for you. You will however be charged a $25.00 fee if you apply for an attorney.
